Setup
Connect COROS in four steps
Step 1
Open Settings, then Connectors
In the web app or the installed app. New accounts see the same list during onboarding.
Step 2
Connect COROS
Click Connect next to COROS and pick the region where you created your account: Europe, United States and other regions, or Mainland China. Then sign in to COROS.
Step 3
Choose what syncs
Import sessions and Export workouts are on by default. Turn on Import metrics for HRV, sleep and resting heart rate.
Step 4
Bring in your history
Press Import all activities, then forget about it. At 50 files a day, the history fills in over the following days.
Good to know
Known limits
Better to read them here than to find out on race week.
COROS can't delete a planned session. One you move or remove in OpenAthlete stays on the COROS calendar, marked as cancelled, until you delete it in the COROS app.
A new activity can take up to about 30 minutes to show up.
The connector went live in November 2026. It works, but it hasn't met every watch and every edge case yet.
